Bikini Prep Vlog 5 What to Eat to Lose Weight & How to Make Overnight Oats (Holly Pinkham – Renewal Fit Coach)

Another vlog from my journey to my first NPC bikini competition. This video shows my grocery haul and the main staples of a clean, healthy diet with good carbs, fat, and lean protein. These are the best types of foods to lose weight quickly while maintaining or building muscle.

Overnight Oats Recipe:

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4-1/2 cup water (to desired consistency)
.25 scoop flavored protein powder
1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3/4 – 1 ounce nonfat plain greek yogurt
cinnamon and stevia to taste (if you’re not watching sodium, a dash of pink himalayan sea salt makes it taste even better!)
