Ingredients:
•1 container unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
•2 scoops Nuzest Protein Powder
•2 Tbs chia seeds
•1 Tbs maple syrup
•2-3 Tbs water

Directions:
•Mix everything together.
•Refrigerate for at least an hour to up to three days.
