This week i’ve got a what I eat in a day video in collaboration with Fitaz, showing you what I eat during the Week one cleanse section of their program.
The guide has a full outline of various recipes for you to follow and there are a few choices per meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I’ve just shown you my top choice from each.
During the cleanse sections the plan is very clean and lean and avoids things like gluten, added sugars, caffeine, all Alcohol, dairy, red meat and a few other things. It’s actually very close to how I already eat and it’s not restrictive at all.

BREAKFAST – GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE
1 Cup Spinach
1⁄2 Lebanese cucumber
1 Celery Stick
25g Natural Protein Powder 1⁄2 Cup Nut Milk, Water etc 1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp LSA
I also added in:
Chia seeds, some cocoa nibs and cocoa powder for that nice but not naughty chocolate hit!
LUNCH – SUPER GREEN BROCCOLI BOWL
2 Cups Steamed Broccoli 1⁄4 Avocado – diced (I used an organic vegetable mix)
95g Tuna in spring water 1⁄2 tbsp olive oil
20g slithered Almonds
For dressing – 5ml apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice
20g slithered almonds
DINNER – CLEAN FISH & CHIPS
100g grilled White Fish
80g baked Sweet Potato (cut into chips) 2 cups steamed vegetables
HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE
Roast 3 whole tomatoes, 1⁄2 red onion and 2 gloves garlic – combine in a blender with fresh basil and salt.
SNACKS (2 PER DAY)
1 Hard-boiled Egg
2 tbsp Hummus and Vegetable sticks
